Passion
to Success
This
Presentation will help teams, organizations and
individuals to be clear about what their passion
is and in turn using this passion to spur them on
to success in their field. Without passion work is
a chore, without passion vision statements are
just words on paper. Passion is the fire that
pushes winners to be world class and organizations
to excel beyond expectations. Organizations that
are clear about their passion and encourage their
employees to live and work with passion daily
stand out in the marketplace. It will lead to

Five
Dysfunctions of a Team
For
a company to reach it’s maximum potential it
needs each of its teams to function as united
entities. However
getting different personalities, experience levels
and work ethics, to become one unit is often seen
as a unobtainable goal. The reason organisations fail to achieve
teamwork is
because they fall prey to five dysfunctions that
are often treated in isolation, but are actually
interrelated.
This
seminar looks at the way each team is currently
operating, and then, through interactive
discussion, multi-sensory presentations and a
variety of activities, assists the team to
implements strategies that will aid them in
achieving optimum effectiveness in their
operations and overcome the five dysfunctions.
This workshop is based on the book of the
same title by Patrick Lencioni.

From
Dream to Delivery Excellence
This
Presentation looks at how visionary
organisations can turn great visions and
dreams into excellence in service delivery.
In most organisations there seems to be a
breakdown between ‘The Dream’, ‘The
Great Vision’ and quality of the service
delivered. This breakdown costs
organisations a great deal in the
marketplace and within themselves. To
deliver on the promise of the
organisation’s dream a shift is needed not
only from the management but right through
the organisation. This presentation will get
participants excited about their
organisations dream and help them understand
their role in making it reality.
