 For a company to reach it’s maximum potential it needs each of its teams to function as united entities.  However getting different personalities, experience levels and work ethics, to become one unit is often seen as a unobtainable goal.  The reason organisations fail to achieve teamwork  is because they fall prey to five dysfunctions that are often treated in isolation, but are actually interrelated.  This seminar looks at the way each team is currently operating, and then, through interactive discussion, multi-sensory presentations and a variety of activities, assists the team to implements strategies that will aid them in achieving optimum effectiveness in their operations and overcome the five dysfunctions. This workshop is based on the book of the same title by Patrick Lencioni.
