The Young & Able team has designed and facilitated initiatives with a wide range of organisations. We have deep understanding and involvement with strategic planning, supporting cross-functional teams to refine goals, design, project management of initiatives, and facilitation of complex learning events with diverse stakeholders.
In large, complex systems, the ability of a single person to create positive change is limited. We at Young & Able work out of the possibility of creating dynamic new associations of people. We recognise the power of collaboration. A large part of our work, therefore, is about creating a safe and productive spaces in which dialogue leads to innovation.
