cc has been registered as a Close Corporation with the
Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office.
It seeks to abide with all the State Legislations
regarding its operations. It is 60% black owned and its
management and falls within the youth category. To this end
it has youth's best interest at heart, as youth and
those working with youth are the
primary target market.

Management Profile
Buhle Dlamini
Buhle is the
founder and managing member of Young & Able
Youth Advisory Services. His experience in the area of
youth development has enabled him to offer a wide range
of services to youth and young entrepreneurs. His
previous involvement in youth development includes
serving with SOS Mission Team in South Africa, Youth For
Christ Team in Germany, UK and USA. He also served as
National/Territorial Director of Youth Ministries in the
Youth Department of The Salvation Army. He has served as
a National Corporate Liaison for The Salvation Army in
public relations and fund raising. Added to this is his
involvement as board member for the Edge Consulting
(2000-2001), and the Mass Media Project (2002-2004). He
is currently a consulting Project Manager for Television Drama for
The Mass Media Project Heartlines.
He is a well sought after business speaker
and consultant having spoken to numerous business
audiences in South Africa and abroad. Buhle is also an author of Youth Devotional Books
(Godly
Generation 1 and 2), and his new book- 'Young
and Able' and has developed training programmes for
young people.
Stacey
Dlamini
The other member of Young
and Able's management is a woman committed to Social and
Community Development. She has also served with The
Salvation Army as National Projects Coordinator and more
recently as Project Manager for the Matsoho
wa Thuso Project of
the Salvation Army. She is an excellent speaker on
HIV/Aids and other burning issues. She is married to
Buhle Dlamini and is a co-founder and co-member of Young
and Able cc.
